Ukrainian drones struck the Tuapse oil refinery and port in Krasnodar Krai overnight, igniting major fires at fuel storage tanks, Governor Veniamin Kondratyev said. Kondratyev said one person was killed and one other was injured, and preliminary footage showed nearly ten separate impacts while some local sources reported about 24 heavy explosions across the facility. The strike hit a Black Sea oil export hub, setting large fuel tanks ablaze and threatening short-term disruption to regional fuel shipments and port operations.
