Kaja Kallas says EU may approve €90 billion loan to Ukraine tomorrow

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas said she expects positive decisions on a €90 billion loan package for Ukraine at the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting on Wednesday, 22 April. Kallas said approval would demonstrate that "our support for Ukraine remains strong" and that "Russia cannot outlast Ukraine."
