Paul Seixas wins La Flèche Wallonne, youngest-ever champion

On April 22 in Belgium, 19-year-old Lyon native Paul Seixas won La Flèche Wallonne, becoming the race's youngest-ever champion. Seixas surged on the Mur de Huy about 300 meters from the top and crossed the line in 4:35:29, three seconds ahead of Schmid with Tulett third. The victory came over the modern Flèche circuit that includes Ereffe and Cherave and awards UCI WorldTour points, giving Seixas a major classic win at age 19.
