habu333.bsky.social2Makes me think of mother's day last year. A mallard hen was raising cane on my end of the street and doing the broke wing display to lire a neighborhood cat away. All her ducklings had fallen down a storm drain and she was very distressed. Local FD showed up with a dip net and reunited them.
