The Beatles to open official fan experience at 3 Savile Row
Apple Corps will open the first official Beatles fan experience at 3 Savile Row in London, converting the band's former Apple Corps headquarters into a seven-storey visitor attraction. The townhouse where The Beatles recorded Let It Be and staged their final public rooftop concert will open to the public next year. Sir Paul McCartney said CEO Tom Greene, who took the job in 2025 after working on Harry Potter projects, proposed moving the company back into the building. The project preserves and interprets the Beatles' historic creative HQ, giving visitors a tangible link to the band's final recordings and rooftop performance.
New Beatles fan experience opening at the old Apple Corps offices in Savile Row. I hope they've recreated the original press office with a hologram of Derek Taylor offering you something from the enormous drinks cabinet. www.thebeatles.com/beatles-get-...
Every now and then someone dressed as Magic Alex wanders in and promises a technological marvel that boils down to a box with a couple of flashing lights on it, and wanders off again.
A couple of actors playing the two coppers would be fun.
I honestly believe that no one has ever looked as refined as Derek Taylor does in The Beatles Anthology. Every time he pops up, I’m like, “This guy know what’s up!”
