The Mets win the subway series AND it was in extra innings after they were trailing AND it was Carson Benge who did it AND Soto was the first one out there to give him a squeeze AND the Yankees infield did a straight up Looney Toons bonk into each other and fall down. What a win!!

Ugly #Mets win over the Yankees, but I'll take it. Carlos Rodón gifted us two runs and we gifted them one. Luke Weaver and Devin Williams were superb, Juan Soto was on base four times, and Mark Vientos stays hot. But the Huascar Brazobán caddying for David Peterson thing is unsustainable.
