HawgPhan87817My friends at the P.O. are really miffed that they aren't allowed to postmark mail when recieved. It causes late fees and more if postmarked when it's processed. It's also a scam to hold mail-in votes until after the cutoff, with no way to prove when it hit the postoffice.
