honestly if the fru red dot guys learned their lesson and cleared umad fair and square with the vods to back it up then more power to them

I wanna believe that the world first clear that happened off stream is legit, I do, but when it comes from the exact same team that got caught cheating FRU with the red dot scenario, I just can't give it any benefit of the doubt.

Just gonna say that @frostymog.bsky.social @mogtalk.bsky.social made a huge mistake deciding to settle for VODs for the FFXIV UMAD world race, rather than requiring they stream live. I see that this was decided before the event began, but it's undermined what has otherwise a good world-first race.
