the one full-hater position I have in games is that while I do not understand GTAV morally or mechanically, I do not understand Disco Elysium experientially or in any other sense also I'm over here trying to convert L. Speedrun Enjoyer to the good side
Damn the Normal Men as a whole are moving further from the light somehow. Tragic. I do agree V is worth a play though so I will support you on this. III is better I think but if you want that open world action specifically V is where to go.
I fully endorse it. And given that he seems to have hated the movielike stuff of previous titles it largely doesn't apply to V which (outside of prologue) is very game heavy.
I really like disco elysium but I also first played it when I was recovering from spine surgery which probably made the themes hit harder. Don't know if I would've liked it as much if I wasn't suffering. MGSV mechanics are so dope that a completely different game lifted them outright, Helldivers 2
