Vinícius Júnior scored twice for Brazil in their World Cup group match against Scotland, handing Brazil a 2-0 victory; his second strike came with a header in first-half stoppage time at 45+3'. Those goals mean Vini Jr has now scored in all three of Brazil’s group-stage matches, after strikes against Morocco and Haiti earlier in the tournament. He is the first Brazilian to net in each group game since Ronaldo and Rivaldo did so in 2002, a rare scoring streak that boosts Brazil’s momentum and Vini Jr’s tournament standing heading into the knockout rounds.

Absurdo, grotesco e inacreditável a anulação desse gol do Vini Jr. Nunca, nunca, nunca, em hipótese alguma um gol desse seria remotamente revisto se fosse Messi, C. Ronaldo, Haaland, Mbappé ou a pqp. Lances infinitamente piores são ignorados na Copa. Tiraram um gol do cara na mão grande.
