NBA Cup group draw announced for 2026

The NBA announced the six group draws for the 2026 Emirates NBA Cup, with group play beginning October 30 and the Cup championship set for December 11 at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. All 30 teams are placed into six regional groups of five; eight teams will advance from group play into the knockout rounds. Toronto’s group pairs the Raptors with the Pistons, Magic, Bucks and Nets. Portland landed in West Group C alongside the Warriors, Lakers, Kings and Spurs. Philadelphia is in Eastern Conference Group B with the New York Knicks, Indiana Pacers, Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat. The Celtics’ announced Group C lists Boston with the Hawks, Hornets, Bulls and Wizards.
