At Anime Expo 2026, Crypton Future Media and Good Smile Company revealed Hatsune Miku Nendoroid Starry Party, a new 3D party action game coming to Nintendo Switch 2 and PC via Steam in 2027. The panel showed a trailer featuring the song "StargazeR" by Kots Beirne feat. Hatsune Miku. Players will control Nendoroid-stylized characters from the Hatsune Miku franchise and take part in various party games; confirmed playable characters include Rin, Len, Luka, Meiko, and Kaito, with additional characters teased. The announcement came alongside Dwango’s BEYOND BORDERs global project news that Vocaloid producers will collaborate with global artists on an EP with Hatsune Miku as lead vocalist. Contributors to the EP include Grimes, slayr, MOLIY, Odetari, George Clanton, Frost Children, and XAMIYA, with singles due throughout the summer and a full EP scheduled for this fall. Vocaloid producers jon-YAKITORY, SatapanP, and picco are anchoring the music project and several named writers and producers are involved in tracks aimed at Western audiences.
