On AEW Collision on July 11, 2026 in Roanoke, Virginia, Darby Allin defeated Trent Beretta in a singles match. After the bout, Brian Cage and Mark Davis triple powerbombed Allin in a postmatch attack. Speedball Mike Bailey returned to the ring and made the save, driving off Cage and Davis. The sequence leaves Allin and Bailey aligned at the end of the segment and sets up further confrontation with Cage and Davis on Collision.
