Leaked Kingdom Hearts Missing‑Link intro surfaces online
www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Xe4... here's the full Kingdom Hearts Missing Link intro for anybody who hasn't seen it
The Disney logo showing up on a shot like that is fucking insane man
I've watched it like 5 times now it gets more insane the more I see it what a year for Kingdom Hearts
I really wish Nomura didn't have to deal with engine issues for a single generation because having to wait so long for this kinda stuff is rough.
this really is a khux sequel the way it looks like it's ABOUT mom's speech about the other world ourgh
im so fucking mad dude
what gets me is the boom-clap sounds were diegetic the whole time
This is why KH4 is taking so long in my opinion, the concepts in Missing Link were about to be integral for KH4’s story and when missing link was canceled they had to figure out how to convey that information in KH4 instead. What the f**k is this Nomura.
The KH Missing Link leak is really funny because this guy is backtracking saying its an AI thing they made last week when I watched this trailer like 4 months ago. Obviously just a trailer that would have been at a major show and got pulled when the game was canned.
like a month ago everyone was saying that KH art had to be AI because it got the shape of Kingdom Key slightly wrong but now apparently AI can create full models of upgraded keyblades that only existed in 2D and only in KHUX
that is so obviously not AI lmao his ass is cooked
I'm so confused by this cause what do they gain from saying this Like apparently the leak was being heavily gatekept or something??? But that's weird as hell
The biggest reason I have to doubt this backtrack is that Gen AI sucks as consistency because it's trying to fill in non-existent gaps frame by frame. You do not just get a result this consistent by popping in some "for fun" prompts.
So I think someone at Disney/SqEnix is threatening legal action cause this reads in the exact same tone as a kid trying to make excuses to their friends after getting their ass beat with a belt
Honestly this was all of the proof that I needed that it was real
Some cute Riku WIPs I was working on on stream #art #kingdomhearts
There's so much to unpack here Nomura, what the FUCK
Early working theory: The guys at the start are a modern-day extermination unit that are dispatched throughout Quadratum to deal with Heartless anomalies. They literally Dive to Heart into these contained Heartless spaces by the looks of it? So maybe Sora didn't bring Darkness to Quadratum?
This makes me so disappointed that it was canceled.
I honestly didn’t recognize it as a KH video until the moment I saw that floating heart and then SCREAMED
Nomura's been hanging out with Kojima I think...
My internal screaming just gets louder because WHAT
I have SO MANY QUESTIONS
what do you mean a cinematic for Kingdom Hearts: Missing Link got leaked and what do you *mean* the cinematic features six Homo Ludens-ass umbranauts wearing space suits and wielding keyblades
“Greetings, Helldiver. The enemy calls themselves the Heartless. Our Ministry of Truth concurs with their self-assessment.”
keyblade space marines weren't on my bingo card for this year but honestly I kinda fuck with it
They warp in through a portal that opens the way the magic kingdom Disney logo begins. It's kind of amazing.
