The White House killed billions worth of research grants based on keywords it didn't like--and if the state the researchers lived in voted for Trump or Harris. Clear First Amendment violations, among other Constitutional issues.

The White House admitted “did not terminate any grants based on alleged noncompliance with the terms of the grant”, so they just tanked their own case. They are all so new at governing, they probably did not know this is illegal.
