Bird of the Day is a daily community prompt with today's themes Pigeons and the alternate SittingOnWater. The gallery features pigeons like a wood pigeon feeding on elderberries, a pair of white and pied pigeons, and a spooked pigeon launching from a rooftop at sunset. Water-centered entries include Maurice the Mandarin duck sitting on water, a cinnamon teal afloat, brown pelicans resting on the sea, a black swan at Benbow Pond, and a female tufted duck with striking eyes.
