UEFA confirmed Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena will host the 2028 men’s Champions League final and Barcelona’s Camp Nou will host the 2029 final, decisions announced at its executive committee meeting in Thessaloniki. Camp Nou will stage the men’s final for the first time in 30 years, having last hosted in 1999 and previously in 1989, and its ongoing renovation is set to raise capacity to about 105,000 from 99,354. Allianz Arena will host the Champions League final for the third time after 2012 and 2025. UEFA also named Lyon’s Groupama Stadium as the 2028 women’s Champions League final venue and the Principality Stadium in Cardiff as the 2029 women’s final host, the first time the Principality will stage the women’s showpiece. The National Arena in Bucharest will host the 2028 Europa League final and the National Stadium Serbia in Belgrade will stage the 2029 Europa League final. Juventus’ Allianz Stadium was selected for the 2028 Conference League final and Puskas Arena in Budapest for 2029, while Ajax’s Johan Cruyff ArenA and Astana Arena will host the 2027 and 2028 UEFA Super Cups respectively.
