Judge Rules Trump Unlawfully Ended Migrants' Parole via CBP One

A federal judge ruled the Trump administration unlawfully terminated the legal status of thousands of migrants WHO entered the United States using the CBP One app. The judge ordered the Department of Homeland Security to restore the parole protections those migrants held under the Biden-era CBP One program.
