Mike Trout belted a three-run home run off Yankees reliever Jake Bird at Yankee Stadium in the top of the sixth to tie the Angels and Yankees 7-7. The fly ball traveled about 421 feet to left-center with a 108.7 mph exit velocity and a 26-degree launch angle, scoring Adam Frazier and Zach Neto. The homer was Trout's 407th career long ball, tying Duke Snider for 58th all-time, and it followed an ABS challenge by Austin Wells that was upheld earlier in the inning.
