Boards of Canada posted a YouTube video titled "INFERNO. 29 May 2026." announcing Inferno will arrive on May 29, 2026. Warp's official release page lists Inferno as an 18-track album and opened preorders. The album's cover art is a painting of a fire with a swirl of flames. Bleep's online store experienced loading failures when preorders went live.
