Leaked materials show Microsoft plans an Xbox Game Pass Starter Edition to be offered as a perk for Discord Nitro subscribers. The Starter Edition bundles a curated library of more than 50 games, 10 hours of cloud streaming each month, and Xbox Rewards. The tier includes some first-party Xbox titles while excluding full Game Pass features such as unlimited cloud play and EA Play. Bundling Game Pass access into Discord Nitro would lower the barrier for Nitro members to try Xbox titles and shift how Microsoft and publishers approach subscription packaging and discovery.
