Camp Rev Pit, Friday check-in and dialogue prompts

Camp Rev Pit's Friday check-in invites cabins BeeMine and Sirens to a 'cabin mixer' canoe crossing and runs snippet swaps, Dialogue Drop threads, and prompt callbacks. Posts lay out concrete rules: repost a quoted prompt and mark your WIP bingo, share a snippet from a checked square, and comment on at least five posts outside your cabin. Check-in prompts ask each camper to post one weekly brag and one goal they still want from camp, while Dialogue Drop examples showcase short scene excerpts, such as Lilia calling Melody when a deuteragonist remains silent. The ritual gives writers focused practice, accountability, and networking to sharpen scenes, test character voices, and push toward publication milestones.
