Lane Hutson scores overtime winner, Canadiens beat Lightning 3-2
Lane Hutson's slap shot from the point beat the Tampa Bay Lightning in overtime, giving the Montreal Canadiens a 3-2 win and a 2-1 series lead. Hutson, wearing No. 4, blasted the puck at 145 km/h (90 mph) through traffic in front of the net, and Texier and Bolduc were credited with the assists. Hutson said, "might be my first slapshot all year, really happy it went in," a surprising offensive spark that hands Montreal momentum in the series.
Lane Hutson smokes the OT winner Habs up 2-1 in the series
Texier's play there was so good!!
in your fucking face Kucherov. how about the Habs fans!
That’s as good a slapshot as you’ll see in these playoffs. Unreal talent.
Lane's first ever GWG in a playoff game and he barely celebrates lmao. omg this kid.
Dang Lightning. That intimidation thing is workin' out for ya, eh? Lane Hutson was so terrified, he scored the winner in OT.
He's at a point per game pace in his career in the playoffs so far. Turns out he's not too small to do it in the playoffs
Just start game 4 in OT already…
Hutson is in a league of his own when it comes to wanting to win. Not meant as a slight against any of the other Habs, but I don't think I've seen that level of determination since Guy Lafleur. We're so lucky to have him
Held the pricks to 17 shots. Wowza
Again. Sabourin was out there end of 3rd period.
The dickhead (keyboard worrier) who called you out earlier and called you adolescent. This win's for him!
