Seahawks select Arkansas CB Julian Neal at No. 99

Julian Neal says he knew he was going to be a Seahawk after a meeting at the scouting combine with assistant head coach Leslie Frazier, who told him, “You most likely gonna get picked by the Seahawks, Julian Neal.” Julian believed him. “We going back to back this year.”

No. 99, Seattle Seahawks: Julian Neal, CB, Arkansas Man Jermod McCoy is gonna fall to Day 3 huh. Neal is big, long and competitive, but he's very hesitant despite his athleticism. I think he could be unlocked with Mike Macdonald though, probably the best spot for him to stick outside.
