Cut into nearly every answer, didn't attempt to hide his own contempt, restricting polanski to local issues despite both guests and presenters always saying council elections are a bellwether for UK elections. On Today, Polanski told Nick Robinson the Golders Green “officers are incredibly brave”. But he went on: “I was traumatised to see someone handcuffed and repeatedly kicked in the head” - this isn’t right, the attacker wasn’t handcuffed, he was still holding a knife.
