Dalton Castle teamed with The Outrunners to accept an open challenge for the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championship at ROH Supercard. Castle said, "I suffered a really bad sunburn, and it's getting to the point where it's starting to peel, and I hope winning the six-man tag championships will divert some attention from that," using humor to hype the match. The trios title bout hands The Outrunners a marquee opportunity on one of Ring of Honor's biggest cards and could reshape the trios division if they win.
