Teoscar Hernández belted a two-run homer off Angels reliever Jack Kochanowicz, a 372-foot shot with a 104.2 mph exit velocity that pushed the Dodgers ahead 6-0 in the top of the sixth. Los Angeles built the lead earlier with big swings from Andy Pages and Max Muncy, and eight Dodgers relievers combined to keep the Angels scoreless. Blake Snell was scratched before the game, but the pitching staff still shut down the Angels to extend the Dodgers' winning streak to three games. Hernández's fifth homer of the season provided decisive insurance and underscored the Dodgers' lineup depth as they head into their next series.
