I am late in responding, but yes, if you are of a certain age, you sing along with Lulu every time you watch this film. And not just that, but you approximate all her vocal and stylistic flourishes and nuances, because that’s the only way you know how to sing this song. 😊😅

I love this movie To Sir with Love with my whole being. I saw it the first time in 1967 when I was a 12 year old in Westwood CA. I can't do the math on how many times I have watched it. That and the Trouble with Angels the top two favorite movies of my boarding school days at Marymount.

One of the stars in tonight's #NoirAlley feature, #StrangersOnATrain, is cinematographer Robert Burks who worked with Alfred Hitchcock on 12 movies. Burks had a lot of special effects experience which he put into use often - like in the shot below. #TCMParty
