Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, early streams and first impressions

In Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, placeable UI elements are unlocked as the game progresses. While the game tries to prevent clutter, with intentionally bad placing it is possible to cover the entire screen in UI, making the game look like a parody of bad interface design.

Yoshi and the Mysterious Book may just be my personal game of the year holy shit this game is THE definition of peak fiction And it doesn't help that I'm also immensely attracted to and turned on by Yoshis so not only am I sucked into the gameplay but I keep yearning for that dinosaur Win-win here

I was kind of scared that Yoshi and the Mysterious Book would be not for me but it's actually fine, I got into the concept fairly quickly and not necessarily everything got too obvious to me.
