Multiple games coming to Nintendo Switch and Switch 2

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 on October 23, 2026, with cross-play, mouse support, and the developer saying the port's development proceeded "quite easily." Tavern Talk Stories releases on Nintendo Switch on June 9, 2026, and The Witch's Bakery is scheduled for release on Nintendo Switch in August 2026. Having a major AAA like Modern Warfare 4 alongside new indie and mid-size summer releases gives current Switch owners immediate new options and signals substantial third-party support for Switch 2 at launch, which matters for players weighing upgrades and future game availability.
