Monster Hunter Wilds coming to Nintendo Switch 2
Capcom confirmed Monster Hunter Wilds is in development for Nintendo Switch 2 and said more details and a release window will be revealed later. The announcement came with the Ascendance expansion, which Capcom plans to launch in 2027 on PlayStation 5 and that adds the Skybound Eyrie, Master Rank, new Elder Dragons, Boost Bracer combat actions, and other monsters. Bringing Wilds to Switch 2 expands the game to Nintendo's handheld-capable audience and makes technical performance and visual scaling key details players will watch for once Capcom shares specs and a release date.
