FBI raids Ohio Organizing Collaborative office, questions members statewide
FBI agents raided the Cleveland office of the Ohio Organizing Collaborative, a voting-rights group that coordinates voter-mobilization work across Ohio. Agents also interviewed volunteers and civil-rights leaders statewide, including in Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati, and showed up at some staff members' homes. Haney estimated more than 100 agents questioned current and former affiliates; OOC called the operation intimidation and vowed to keep organizing, saying the raids threaten their voter-mobilization efforts.
