They stir up racism and sexism, claim that both parties are the same, and brand Democrats as supporters of genocide. They try to convince people not to vote or to vote for a third party in order to stand by their "principles."

They amplify disagreements among moderates, liberals, and actual progressives, making internal divisions appear larger and more hostile than they are. As an example, they said Harris was "complicit in terrorism" and an agent of "imperialism".
Midatlantica7This is why in general it's always best to donate directly to candidates or the party (DNC, DCCC, etc...). PACs are lousy and the exceptions doing good work are few and far between.
