Shouldn’t be too disheartened by losing to Morocco but it felt like they were there for the taking in the second half. As against Brazil, they just completely stalled in the second half. Alas, Clarke’s Scotland aren’t built to attack or score goals. We were set up for a draw and lost after 2mins.

Stupidly settling in to watch Scotland v Morocco despite being a tired 47yo because I am a glutton for punishment and have no good judgement. But me, wife, and youngest played Rebirth over chicken burgers at a games diner in central Cardiff earlier this evening, so probably I was inspired.

Scotland and Morocco have two different styles of play. The speed Morocco has is unmatched and Scotland being so versatile in the midfield will be hard for Morocco to control the entire game
