Art Fight 2026 signups open as artists post team cards and prep

artJun 22, 20263803,370

Art Fight 2026 signups are open on ArtFight.net as artists upload OC character cards, full reference sheets, and publicly declare team picks including Mystery, Comedy, and Tragedy. Creators are posting free-to-use visual assets, streaming prep sessions, and planning coordinated meetups on July 11 and July 25 from 7pm to 11pm EST to organize attacks and revenge drawings. Organizers and participants are reminding others to check character permissions after past rule breaches; the month-long July competition awards points for art exchanged between players, driving exposure, commissions, and mass OC redesigns.

[🌒 To know is to suffer 🌘] 🌙✨I can finally introduce y’all to my troubled moon cleric, Artemis. Just in time for artfight! Might do a lore drop soon 👀 He’s

a reference sheet of my character, Bailey McAlester. He's a big fella wearing cowboy attire; complete with two holsters, a gun belt, a long leather duster, a leather vest, and steel-toed cowboy boots. He also wears a ruby red bandana. Additionally, he has pale skin, long blonde hair with light blonde highlights and a dark reddish brown layer closer to the nape of his neck. He has big wet blue eyes, dark facial hair, and big bushy eyebrows. The items listed on his character sheet are his hunting knife, a lock of his twin brother's hair tied together in a blue ribbon, and forget-me-nots. Below them is a symbol of the cult he escaped from - an eye looking upwards with a single tear, surrounded by diamond shaped stars that are bigger in the cardinal directions.

He is vaguely monitor lizard-shaped, with a pair of short horns and round sensory appendages on his head, thick hands and feet with long claws, and a long paddle tail. The text on the sheet offers additional information about the character: "Name: Hylox Pronouns: He/him Species: Kobold Personality: Curious, awkward, plainspoken, quick-thinking, nosy - Obligate carnivore - Collects invertebrates (mostly beetles, but others too) - Likes swimming and being in damp or rainy environments - Fairly toxic to touch, others should clean affected area after physical contact Sensory appendages on head can be moved individually No eyelids, uses stretchy tongue to clean lenses Teeth are serrated and reinforced with trace iron on rear side Inflatable neck pouch with color cells underneath thin translucent skin, used for territorial or mating display Four spins on neck, five spines on hips, five spins on tail tip Markings do not need to be 100% accurate, except on head, hands/feet, and tail tip"
