Harry Kane confirms round of golf with Donald Trump

England captain Harry Kane confirmed he played 18 holes of golf with President Donald Trump in Palm Beach about 18 months ago, calling meeting and round "a pretty surreal experience." Kane told reporters in Miami ahead of England’s World Cup quarter-final against Norway that Trump invited him to play while Kane was in Palm Beach and that "his golf is pretty good" and "I hope I can play golf as well as him when I’m his age." The day after England’s 3-2 win over Mexico, Trump praised Kane as a "great player" and later told reporters he had played golf with him and liked him a lot. Kane also said Sir David Beckham visited the England squad at Inter Miami and wished the team luck before their training session in Fort Lauderdale.
