FrightClub hosts Trailer Park Shark watch parties

FrightClub hosted a Bad Shark Week Saturday double feature that began at 10:00 PM ET with Avalanche Sharks (2012) and continued at 11:35 PM ET with Trailer Park Shark, aka Shark Shock (2017). Posts noted both films are available on Tubi and CW Free. Participants joked about the film's premise, quoting a line about giving the trailer-park shark electricity powers, and laughed at props such as a “no profanity in the stairwell” cat poster shown during the screening. Several viewers praised Tara Reid as especially suited to low-budget shark movies and one attendee said they remembered seeing Trailer Park Shark in theaters, noting it includes at least one scene shown from the original. The watch party carried into late-night AfterHours chat, with participants sharing one-line reactions, callbacks to Florida license plates seen in the film, and plans to reconvene for more Bad Shark Week programming.
