The first season of Lost (arguably the last great network tv series) ended in May of 05 and season 2 (24 episdoes!) started in Sept of 05. The inefficency of it all just kills any momemtum for these movies and tv shows.
I don't mind the release of The Batman Part 2 being pushed back. We're not playing by 2018 MCU rules anymore. Ya gotta give the audience a chance to miss the image of a real-life dude in shoulder pads and a cape.
