The FDA backtracked and said "oh yeah we were wrong, the Taylor Farms salad was a false positive" I don't believe it. That's just the state of America right now, you can't trust anything :/

This is what I have verified about Taylor Farms and this administration: 1. Bruce Taylor met with Trump on 07/16/26. 3. The FDA reversed its previous warning about Taylor Farms on 07/19/26. 4. Taylor Farms gave $1 million to Trump's PAC. I don't know when, but that's what got Taylor the meeting.

Important context for the diarrhea outbreak is that usually most Cyclospora outbreaks do not get traced back to a specific source. They are difficult to trace due to long incubation period, short shelf life of produce, it's hard to grow the parasite in the lab, and its genome is hard to sequence.

Well, our feed is back to its regularly scheduled 💩. Culturing cyclospora on produce is very difficult. Even if a false positive is accurate in this instance, that doesn’t mean that Taylor Farms wasn’t responsible for the outbreak, though they’ll probably play it that way.
