Universal confirmed an Evil Dead Burn haunted house for Halloween Horror Nights 35 at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. The Orlando maze is the ninth announced house for HHN 2026 and is based on the film Evil Dead Burn, released earlier this month and directed by Sébastien Vaniček. Universal says the house will re-create moments that begin in a secluded vacation home in the woods and that guests will encounter ferocious Deadites around every turn before succumbing to the evil forces. Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Florida runs 49 select nights from Aug. 28 to Nov. 1; the Evil Dead Burn house will also be presented at Universal Studios Hollywood when that event begins Sept. 3. Orlando’s HHN 2026 will feature 10 haunted mazes in total, including previously announced mazes based on the original Hellraiser trilogy, Stranger Things season 5, and the film Sinners, plus several original houses such as Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control and Cybergoria.
