More than ever, with the completion of his “Sagrada familial” church in 2026! His instructions were that it should not be higher than what god created… the church is slightly lower than the Montjuic hill, dominating Barcelona!

Gaudi is the greatest architect ever. I just love his stuff, it combines form and function so beautifully as to make buildings seem to be part of nature and have grown out of it organically. I love his stuff so much.

Visited Casa Battló 2 years ago. Had seen it in pictures but couldn't believe it was real. Absolutely amazing. Barcelona is a wonderful city. Hope to return when Sagrada Familia is almost finished.

The window is at the front entrance to the cathedral and is massive.
The shards and pieces of glass were stored secretly by the townspeople for 18 years until the restoration of the monarchy, King Charles II. The glass was replaced in a mosaic pattern.
As Morecambe and Wise might have said, “ All the right pieces, not necessarily in the right order.”
