Temu Bob Ross1My wife did spice import (and will do it again dammit!), and the answer is nobody at all. Big importers will get occasional random checks at customs and that's it. Dry ingredients like the leaden-turmeric in this case have less scrutiny because they're shelf stable. It's mostly about biosecurity /
