Count Binface has published a 20-point manifesto as he campaigns in the Clacton by-election, pitching a tongue-in-cheek platform that mixes comic stunts and specific pledges. I actually (seriously!) believe the Ceefax policy is great! Information flowing one way, zero trackers, it's a privacy dream. We used the move to digital as an excuse to drop teletext, but the DVB standard still has it. Many european countries (eg Germany, Sweden, Denmark) still have teletext.
