Police respond to Perez Hilton's Miami home after livestream self-harm

Miami-Dade deputies surrounded a residence Tuesday night after a disturbing TikTok livestream that appeared to show celebrity blogger Perez Hilton harming himself. The Times reported the sheriff’s office received an influx of calls and said around 9 p.m. the man was "safely recovered and transported by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue to a local hospital, where he is receiving medical attention." Deputies earlier spoke with family members and confirmed the man was alone inside the home, then tactically disengaged while continuing to monitor the situation. The sheriff’s office said deputies prioritize de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques in incidents involving self-harm. After the man was transported, mental health professionals remained at the scene to support the family. NBC6 reported neighbors said Hilton lived at the home, but police would not confirm his identity and The Times has not independently authenticated the video, which has since been removed from the platform.

Yikes. He jumped onto the Blake Lively/Justin Baldoni mess and I remember he had some of his social media accounts banned for his posts. I think he may have even been mentioned in the lawsuit. He seemed to spiral after that. Haven't seen much of him since. Hopefully he gets the help he needs.
