Me after watching that X - men 97 finale: #Xmen97

A great, if slightly rushed, season finale of #XMen97 (probably feeling the 1 less episode this year). But I really enjoyed it! And it’s doing its job of reigniting the cultural love for this world and characters. And plenty set up for S3 too… I wonder if we’ll see Onslaught?

#XMen97 season 2 was really damn good. Second half of the season felt pretty rushed though, introducing a bunch of characters and plot threads just to resolve many of them in the span of a single episode. But I still had a blast watching, I'm still BAWLING over the finale, and I can't wait for S3.

That was a fine finale but the season as a whole was meh. Lots of fun action, no real depth. Feels just like reading '90s comics! #xmen97 I really hope the next couple seasons get 12+ episodes so there's space for the characters themselves and not just plot plot plot.

Wouf I know behind the scenese issues affected a lot the writers couldn't control, but alas the #XMen97 S2 finale was quite a step down from last season's. So much contrivance and a (quite literal) deus ex machina to boot. Hoping next season drastically improves to the level of S1.

I finally have a day off work so I watched the finale of #XMen97 and I really enjoyed it. I can’t say that this season was as great at the first season but overall it was still really good. And [POTENTIAL SPOILERS] that last twist before the credits really got me.

They burned through alot of and arcs too quickly but the finale of #XMEN97 was ultimately satisfying.

The #XMen97 Season 2 finale is very good but it definitely has a “THAT’S where you’re ending it?” vibe for better or worse
