🙏 he loses at the KC again. But SCOTUS usually sides with him so I wouldn't be confident he'll lose. And I'm a certain he the kept drapes up for a reason. I think his backup plan was to inscribe his name into the marble. When the drapes come down it will be there, whether courts said no or not.
