Avengers: Endgame Encore gets trailer, returns Sept 25

Marvel released the first trailer and posters for Avengers: Endgame Encore, a theatrical re-release that returns on September 25, 2026. The special Encore presentation adds roughly four minutes to the original film, bringing the runtime to about 3 hours and 5 minutes. The screening includes an exclusive look at Marvel Studios’ upcoming Avengers: Doomsday, scheduled for December 18, and IMAX and Infinity Vision-certified screens will get an additional sneak peek. Tickets for IMAX and Infinity Vision screenings are available now. The Encore release is positioned as a lead-in to Doomsday by pairing the extended Endgame presentation with new Doomsday footage for premium-format audiences.

Why go see a movie that has already been released in theaters just for ONE extra scene when you can go see a completely new original animated feature like Forgotten Island that same weekend instead? Originality needs your money more than Marvel does at this point.
