Katie Phang filed a seven-page reply in her suit under the Epstein Files Transparency Act pressing U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan to order Alabama Attorney General Todd Blanche to produce unredacted, handwritten FBI notes and to provide a written justification for every redaction. Phang told listeners on her podcast she will "keep my foot on the neck of Attorney General Todd Blanche" after the filing demanded Blanche release damning FBI notes within five days. One handwritten note cited in her filing alleges President Donald Trump sexually abused a 13-year-old after Epstein introduced them in 1984, a claim Phang and other reports say Trump denies and remains uncorroborated. Phang accused Blanche of misreading and conflating statutory sections to avoid the redaction-log requirement and called his written response a "half-a, " explanation and "dumb" excuse. Phang said Judge Sullivan's preliminary injunction from June already forced material out of the Department of Justice and has exposed what she calls concealment and violations of the law. The filing asks the court to compel production of the notes and to reject Blanche's claim that duplicative material permits withholding under the statute.

What if the judge finds the misbehaving attorneys in criminal contempt and issues arrest warrants for them. This DOJ won't enforce the warrants, but they will be hanging over the heads of the lawyers for the next DOJ. Bar disciple as well.

I’m sure this is all necessary, but man it’s so redundant. Congress passed a bill and the president signed it that they were to be released in full and un-redacted mid December. Todd Blanche said he can’t/won’t release anymore. We’ve got hope for another country or someone to leak them.
