I’ve given Strange New Worlds a lot of shit but Off-Hour (S4E6) was a legitimately great hour of Trek because it hit one of my favorite parts of The Motion Picture: the unpredictable and unknowable horrors of space

I’m in the camp of So Goddamn Sick of the gimmicky Strange New Worlds episodes. I know the last season is shot, sets are torn down and after Academy S2, we won’t get another real Trek series for however long to come. Showrunners—u gotta know your Stoned New Worlds overstayed its welcome years ago
