You Can See Everything is a three-hour Elizabeth Holmes documentary directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim that premiered as a surprise screening at the Telluride Film Festival and will be released in theaters by A24 in October. Thirty-four days before she reported to prison, Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes invited Fielder and Oppenheim to document her every move; the filmmakers turned that access into a three-year project. Holmes is serving an over 11-year federal sentence after a jury convicted her of defrauding investors while acquitting her on patient-fraud counts. The first teaser shows Fielder pressing Holmes about whether she is being "real" while Holmes comforts her newborn. Fielder is best known for the comedy-driven series Nathan for You and HBO's The Rehearsal, and Oppenheim directed Primetime and documentaries including Some Kind of Heaven, Spermworld, and the HBO series Ren Faire. A24 announced the film after the Telluride screening and will open it theatrically in October.
